jpnn.comJAKARTA – BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Pluit encourages participants with Old Age Security (JHT) balances below IDR 10 million to utilize the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) Application.
The application helps faster disbursement and participants do not need to come to the branch office.
“Participants who withdraw JHT balances below IDR 10 million, one of the triggers is layoffs or leaving work,” said Head of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Pluit Branch Office, Tetty Widayantie, Tuesday (10/9).
Tetty added that many participants also went to branch offices to claim balances below IDR 10 million.
In fact, by simply downloading the JMO application, they can get the claim service more practically and easily.
The features in the application are complete, starting from registration, payment of contributions to JHT claims for participants who have a balance below IDR 10 million.
“The claim submission process through JMO is also easier and faster, only taking 15 minutes. This is realized because the entire process is done automatically,” he said.
The biometric technology embedded in the JMO application makes the participant data verification process more accurate and secure.
By using the JMO application, BPJS Employment claims are disbursed more quickly without having to go to the branch office.
