According to WABetaInfo users will be asked to upload some reference selfies, the first time they use the feature.
The Meta AI chatbot will then create new images that imagine the user in different environments such as a forest or outer space.
It all sounds like a personalized AI image generator, and it’s built right into WhatsApp.
