Heavy waterlogging also occurred on the roads at Ranipur turn, a posh commercial area of Haridwar, while water entered many big showrooms here. Latowali of Kankhal was filled with water up to three to four feet. Due to a large amount of water on the roads, the administration had to change the route of Kanwariyas at many places.
