“The possibility of working in a coalition is really difficult to understand today,” assured V. Blinkevičiūtė.

Previously, V. Blinkevičiūtė did not rule out that the LSDP with the force led by him could work in the ruling coalition, which caused very controversial reactions. Now she thinks differently.
“Aren’t we paying too much attention to one person? And all the time we spin all the shows, on all the portals for some reason about one person.
Aren’t there more problems in Lithuania, aren’t they much more important?” – asked about R. Žemaitaitis, the chairman of the Social Democratic Party was annoyed.
According to V. Blinkevičiūtė, hearing the statements of the leader of Nemunas Aušras, it becomes obvious to her that there are problems with the leader of this party.
“To tell the truth, I’m speaking very frankly, we are definitely not on our way with divisives, with slanderers, with manipulators – we will definitely not form a coalition with such parties,” said the MEP, first mentioning the conservatives, but finally approaching R. Žemaitaitis himself.
“I equally appreciate the words spoken by the leader of one of the parties. I have been in politics for a long time and now I say very responsibly and sincerely – you need to think about your words every time.
To tell the truth, maybe Remigijus is still a young person, although he is no longer a young politician, having been in the Seimas for three terms and running away from the Seimas before being impeached, he should choose his words very responsibly.
The way he has been acting lately is unacceptable and the line has been crossed. I say very sincerely – it’s time to stop, it’s time to evaluate it. This is my position”, stated V. Blinkevičiūtė.
