In 1984 two science fiction miniseries arrived on Canale 5, originally aired on NBC: “V – Visitors” and “V: The Final Battle”, broadcast in Italy with a single title, “V – Visitors”. The series, conceived by Kenneth Johnson, imagines what would happen if a group of human-like aliens – the Visitors – arrived on Earth. Almost 40 years after the first broadcast, here’s what happened to the actors of the cast starting with Jane Badler, interpreter of Diana. Over the years the actress continued to work in films and TV series (in 2011 she also appeared in the remake of “Visitors”, “V”) and in 2008 she embarked on a career as a singer by releasing her debut album “The Devil Has My Double ». She has been married to Stephen Hains since 1990, and she moved to Australia with him. From the union two children were born, Sam and Harry. The latter unfortunately passed away in 2020 at the age of 27 due to an overdose of fentanyl following a battle against “mental illnesses, chronic sleep disorders and addiction”: the announcement was made publicly by Badler.
