Dhe man who has had dozens of vaccinations against Corona in Saxony in the past few weeks does not have to fear any damage to his health. However, he does not have any higher protection against infection with the virus, on the contrary, as the Chemnitz infectiologist Dietmar Baier, who is a member of the Saxon Vaccination Commission, told the German Press Agency on Monday.
“It’s no use and there’s no harm,” he said. Vaccination in short sections does not bring better protection, because the substance is quickly broken down again. The immune system, however, adapts to the constant refreshment “and in the end no longer reacts at all”.
The 60-year-old from Magdeburg (Saxony-Anhalt) has been vaccinated against Corona 87 times since the summer of 2021 in various vaccination centers in the Free State. He is suspected of having passed the certificates on to third parties. He is being investigated for the unauthorized issuing of vaccination cards and forgery of documents.
The man was recognized and stopped at the Eilenburg vaccination center in early March. He had previously been noticed in a Dresden facility, and the DRK then issued a warning asking them to call the police if he showed up again in a vaccination center.
