Many pregnant women were skeptical about the possible side effects of the corona vaccine and the consequences for the unborn child. They postponed the jab. And many still think that it is better to let nature take its course. A new study paints a markedly different picture.
“An Australian study examining 32,536 births shows that vaccinated mothers experience 4 times fewer stillbirths and about 2 times fewer preterm births,” Belgian epidemiologist Marc van Ranst wrote on Twitter.
The conclusions of the Australian study state that ‘Covid-19 vaccination during pregnancy is linked to a reduction in preterm and stillbirths, and no link with fetal growth or development problems has been found.’
