Chennai: Minister Ma Subramanian has said that steps have been taken to conduct a vaccination camp in Tamil Nadu only once a week.
Vaccination of the public is in full swing on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu as a corona prevention measure. So far 11 mega vaccination camps have been conducted across the state and millions have been vaccinated.

Despite heavy rains in 18 districts in Tamil Nadu, 12 lakh people were vaccinated. So far 77.02 per cent have been vaccinated with the first installment and 41.60 per cent with the second vaccination. The number of people receiving the 2nd installment of the vaccine continues to rise. So they should be vaccinated immediately without delay.
Immunity has increased by more than 80 per cent in 15 districts. In other districts more than 60 percent of the resistance has developed. 7 districts including Vellore, Tirupati, Ranipettai and Mayiladuthurai have the lowest number of vaccinators.
