A young woman met on the Snapchat social network, the promise of a good evening and finally four hooded people who tumble, blows raining down and goods vanishing. The 21-year-old young man victim of a violent ambush on the evening of March 5 in Sucy-en-Brie (Val-de-Marne), knows the sentence inflicted on his attackers since Tuesday.

A little over seven weeks after the events, the criminal court of Créteil (Val-de-Marne) finally delivered its decision. The three young adults could be heard in front of the 12th chamber, dedicated to immediate appearances. They were previously in pre-trial detention.

The young woman, who had assured the investigators of having “rejected” the advances of the victim, then “called her friends, who would have joined her”, was found guilty of complicity in robbery with violence and complicity in extortion. She was given a two-year suspended prison sentence. An obligation of care was also served on him, as well as a ban on contacting the victim.

Like her aged 19, one of the other perpetrators was found guilty for the same facts, but for him no reprieve. He was sentenced to two years in prison, with a committal order at the end of the hearing. He is also prohibited from contacting the victim for three years. Same thing for the last member of the trio heard on Tuesday. Aged 20, he received the heaviest sentence, namely thirty months’ imprisonment with a warrant.

Papers, credit card, cell phones and car stolen

On April 7, before the trial was postponed to Tuesday, the victim was invited to return to this evening in early March. The young man had then picked up the young woman not far from a hotel. “She didn’t look good when I think about it, then rewound the young man in front of the court. I didn’t understand why she was telling me she wasn’t a good girl. »

While the car is stationary, the assault begins and the blows rain down. The victim comes out with ten days of total incapacity for work, but without his shoes, his papers, his bank card, his two mobile phones and his car, which will be found later. Investigators found usable traces there. The investigations on the telephony and the video surveillance will make it possible to go up to the suspects.

Also implicated, two teenagers aged 16 and 17, who depend on the courts of Évry (Essonne) and Paris, have yet to appear before the juvenile judge.
