Val-d’Oise: in Argenteuil, the crazy bet of a contemporary art fair in the middle of an industrial zone

by time news

Argenteuil (Val-d’Oise), its holy Tunic, its hillsides, its Zup and… its contemporary art fair. For four days, the town will host Artgenteuil urban contemporary, from Thursday March 16 to Sunday March 19, in a wasteland in the industrial zone of Val-d’Argent Nord. The idea came from the owner of the premises, Gérard Vacher, an entrepreneur-adventurer who bought this 8,000 m2 site in 2016 and who entrusted the realization of this event to Philippe de Boucaud.
