The Hautil forest and its 1,250 ha are only a small green dot on the map. And yet, this massif located on the edge of the agglomeration of Cergy-Pontoise is a sort of concentrate of all that nature has in store on the territory. To ensure that this site has a threat-free future, associations are trying to put on the table the idea of ​​a classification as a “protective forest”.
