Sivakasi; Vallalar said whenever I saw a wilted crop, I felt wilted. In other words, he says that if he sees a crop withering without water, he will wither. In accordance with Vallalar’s vote, a program to provide daily food to 100 destitute elderly people in Sivakasi was started two years ago.

They used to look for destitute people in Rotoram and provide food. The charity, which continued its work even during the corona period, started a project called Vallalar Annathana House and placed the same destitute people and fed them till they said enough is enough. For this purpose, they rented a building near Sivakasi Shivango temple and named Vallalar Annathana House and provided food to 100 people daily. They serve hot food with taste like joint, fries, waffles.

Separately paid employees have been appointed to cook for this. Their work is admirable to sit and feed the destitute and the elderly among those who frown at the sight of them. Tavapalan, founder, Vallalar Annathana House, realizing that Aruthperunjyothi is the light visible in the eyes of the destitute, we are feeding and serving 365 days of the year with the contribution of social activists. Our aim is to adopt the elderly and destitute and provide them with all their needs like food, clothing and shelter in the last phase of their lives.
