Value sharing: what the agreement signed by four out of five unions provides

And four. The CFE-CGC has just decided this Monday during the meeting of its steering committee to also sign the agreement on the sharing of value which resulted in the negotiations between the social partners on February 10th.

We are only waiting for the decision of the CGT but it is not surrounded by any suspense: its negotiators did not hide during the discussions their fundamental disagreements on the subject. The agreement will nevertheless have a very strong legitimacy: the relative weight of the signatory unions is therefore close to 75%.
