Varisu is a film directed by Vamsi and starring Vijay. The film is produced by Dil Raju. Thaman composed the music. Rashmika Mandhana, Sarathkumar, Shyam, Prakashraj, Yogi Babu and others are playing important roles.

Varasudhu has now released in Telugu after receiving good response in Tamil. The film is releasing worldwide on January 14 on the occasion of Sankranti. It has been reported that Varasudhu movie is well received in Telugu as well as in Tamil and there are celebrations on social media.
