Sushil Kumar, Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh may get the gift of two Vande Bharat Express trains. There is also a plan to run Vande Bharat trains from Lucknow to Varanasi and Deoghar in Jharkhand. PM Narendra Modi can virtually flag off these two trains on September 15. It has not been officially announced yet, but officials have started preparations. According to sources, the responsibility of operating both the trains will be given to Varanasi and Deoghar divisions. Recently, news came about the operation of Vande Bharat between Vishwanath Dham and Babadham. Now it seems to be confirmed. According to sources, PM Modi can flag off many Vande Bharat trains on September 15. Apart from Varanasi and Deoghar to Lucknow, it also includes Tatanagar-Patna, Varanasi-Deoghar, Tatanagar-Brahmapur, Ranchi-Godda, Agra-Banaras, Howrah-Gaya, Howrah-Bhagalpur, Durg-Visakhapatnam, Hubli-Secunderabad and Pune-Nagpur Vande Bharat. The timing of Varanasi-Lucknow Vande Bharat has also been almost finalised. This train will depart from Varanasi at 6 or 7 in the morning and will return from Lucknow late in the evening. Discussions are on regarding the route of Deoghar-Lucknow Vande Bharat.
Religious tourism will get a boost
Varanasi and Deoghar are very important in terms of religious tourism. A lot of passengers travel in many trains running between Lucknow-Varanasi. If the option of Vande Bharat is available, then regular travel will also be easy along with saving time. At the same time, a weekly train is being run from Gomtinagar to Godda for Deoghar. Its response is also very good. In such a situation, starting the operation of Vande Bharat for these cities can promote religious tourism.
Varanasi-New Delhi 20 coach Vande Bharat
Soon, a 20 coach Vande Bharat train will be run between Varanasi and Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate the longest rack Vande Bharat on September 15. Vande Bharat will also run for Baidyanath Dham and Agra. Vande Bharat will also run between Varanasi and Baidyanath Dham of Deoghar and Agra Cantonment to Varanasi. Both these trains can be launched on September 15.
