“If there is something that is certainly noticeable, it is the changing demographic situation of the world we live in. There are fewer and fewer people who are not working and more and more people who are outside the labor market. This is a big challenge and I don’t know how it can be overcome,” he commented.

“Politicians are soul hunters – they sell illusions. The important thing is to keep your common sense. I can say for my union that it is very important to keep political neutrality and not be tempted to take sides because when you are involved in mud fights, you’re bound to get dirty.”
