Vast crackdown in the child pornography environment: 48 suspects placed in police custody in France

They are 48 in total, aged 26 and 79. Their common point? A sinister attraction for child pornography to the point of being compulsive consumers. Exclusively men, these suspects were arrested between last week and this Wednesday morning during a vast crackdown coordinated by police officers from the central group of minor victims (GCMV) of the Central Office for the Suppression of Violence in persons (OCRVP), with the support of the local judicial police, throughout metropolitan France: Paris region, Lyon region, South, North, East… Seven of these men were already known for offenses of the same nature and registered in the file of sex offenders and criminals (FIJAIS).
