VEB.RF Group in 2021–2024 will pour 6.5 trillion rubles into the economy, follows from the presentation of the working version of the state corporation’s strategy (Vedomosti has read the document). Of these, 2.8 trillion will be allocated to support exports, 1.7 trillion – for industrial projects, 1.1 trillion will be received by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), 800 billion are planned to be invested in infrastructure and the urban environment, 130 billion – in innovation.
The money will be provided in the form of loans and guarantees – not only from the head structure of the group, directly VEB.RF, but also from other development institutions that have come under the control of the state corporation. In particular, from the REC group, the SME Corporation, Rusnano, the Skolkovo Fund, the Innovation Promotion Fund, the Agency for Technological Development, the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, the Industrial Development Fund, the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies. The total cost of projects in which VEB will invest, taking into account private investments, is 17.6 trillion rubles.
