According to her, yellow peppers, carrots, and pumpkin have a high percentage of beta-carotene, which is converted in the body into vitamin A, which protects against colon, prostate, breast, lung, and stomach cancer.
The expert recommends cleaning the body of toxins by eating onions and garlic, which activate white blood cells that destroy cancer cells. Garlic also contains sulphur, which is essential for the liver to function and neutralize toxins. Onions have the same effect, but to a lesser extent.
According to her, garlic, ginger, curry, basil, rosemary, turmeric and coriander can be used as spices that are beneficial to health and improve the immune system.
