Venkat Prabhu starrer ‘Manad’ starring Silambarasan TR is a theatrical hit in recent Tamil releases. After Manad, Chimpu will be seen in a Gautham Vasudev Menon film. It has been reported that the movie titled Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu will be directed by Gautham Menon. The first teaser of the film, which has just been released, confirms those reports.
Chimpu played the role of Deglamorized in Getup. Produced by Dr. Ishari K Ganesh under the banner of Wales Film International, the film also stars Malayalee actor Neeraj Madhav in a pivotal role. Neeraj is also present in the teaser. The music of the film is composed by AR Rahman. The soundtrack of the teaser is a beautiful melody by Rahman. Written by Tamil and Malayalam writer Jayamohan. Cinematography by Siddhartha Nooni, Production Designer Rajeev, Editing by Antony, Choreography by Brinda, Action Director by Lee Whitaker.
