A 17-year-old boy, Irfan, was selling fruit in a trolley near the railway station in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh.

In this case, the police were carrying out work to remove encroachments near the railway station yesterday.

At that time, the police asked Irfan, who was occupying a trolley near the railway station, to vacate the shop and threw the fruits and scales used for weighing on the railway tracks.

As a result, the boy Irfan went to pick up the scale thrown by the police on the rail. Then, a speeding train hit Irfan’s leg. In this, Irfan’s leg was amputated on the spot. Due to this, Irfan screamed.

After this, the people nearby rescued the boy Irfan and took him to the hospital. While the boy is undergoing intensive care, the lost leg is unbearable again. As a result, the boy Irfan lost his leg.

While a proper inquiry has been ordered into the incident, there have been calls to take action against head constable Rakesh Kumar, who threw the scale on the train tracks and caused the boy to lose his leg. Subsequently, head constable Rakesh Kumar has been suspended. Officials have said that after investigation Rakesh will be arrested.
