The Let’s Stay in Contact line is:

• A secure, reliable and effective communication channel.

• An additional communication tool that increases the possibilities of contact between people affected by violence in communities and the ICRC.

• A means for monitoring the activities carried out by the ICRC, saving time and effort for our colleagues who frequently go to the communities.

• A channel that allows you to answer simple questions from the general public.

• A way to better understand how people feel about our activities.

When I called the line I thought a robot would answer me and it was very nice to have a real person answer me

During this year, 95% of the people we have served have stated that they are satisfied with the response received. It has served us to channel requirements from our Restoration of Contact between Family members program that we carry out together with the Venezuelan Red Cross, requests to search for missing people and also to monitor the results of other projects that we have in different communities.

In this video, we tell you more details about what this hotline is for.

“I am very satisfied because every time I have called, I have received a response”

In 2024, we will continue to listen to people through this and other channels to provide a humanitarian response focused on their needs. Do you have any doubts, questions or suggestions? Contact us through the numbers 0412 636 5015, 0424 172 13 64 or through the email [email protected]. Let’s stay in touch!
