On the occasion of the commemoration of the Independence of Mexico, the Vehicle Verification Centers (verificentros) and the Citizen Attention Centers will remain closed on Monday, September 16, reported the Local Environment Secretariat (Sedema).

For this reason, the capital’s agency asked owners of vehicles registered in Mexico City to take the necessary precautions in view of the suspension of activities, since it is a non-working day.

Through an information card, Sedema reported that activities in both types of centers will resume as usual starting Tuesday September 17th.

“In the case of the Verification Centers, the service will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while the Citizen Service area for Vehicle Verification will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. starting on Tuesday, September 17.“, advertisement.
