Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar launched the National Organ Donation Campaign at a function organized by Dadichi Dehdan Samiti in Delhi yesterday. Addressing then he said:-

Organ donation is an important issue. It is important to develop a support system for organ donation. Religious leaders and media should encourage people to donate organs by dispelling people’s doubts and creating awareness about organ donation.

Media and social media play a major role in this task. Every journalist should contribute to spread this well-meaning message. Dadichi Tehdan Samiti’s effort to create the right environment in this regard is commendable,” he said.
