Not having received allegations to the “Resolution of the Rector of the University of Granada which publishes the first provisional list of aid awards to support new internationalization initiatives, Program 8 of the 2023 Internationalization Plan”, it is resolved to publish the first definitive list of aid awards, grouped by modality, with the indication of the amounts granted or the reasons for rejection, if applicable.

Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route under articles 84.1 of the University Statutes, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of July 12 (BOJA nº 147, of July 28, 2011) and article 38.4 of Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, of the University System, an appeal for replacement may be filed before the Magnificent Rector of the University of Granadawithin a month, from the day following its publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Granadawithin two months from the day following the date of publication of this resolution, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of 14 of July).
