As of May 11, the text of Annex I of the call has been updated because these two sentences have been added in section 8.1:
In the section: financeable expenses, where it says “Pre-evaluation of proposals by external experts provided by the Office of the Vice President for Internationalization”, the following is added: This type of expense will only be eligible in the case of coordination proposals that have already been submitted to a financing entity and that have an evaluation report issued by said organization.
In the section: required documentation, the following is added to the brief report heading: In the case of aid for the preparation of proposals, the complete proposal (including the budget) must also be included, as it was presented to the financing entity, as well as the evaluation report received.
