RESOLUTION of the Vice-Rector for Internationalization of the University of Granada which calls for aid within the framework of the University-Shelter Action Plan of the Ministry of Universities.

• Directed to: undergraduate and postgraduate students and research staff included in the subjective scope of temporary protection contemplated in Order PCM/170/2022, of March 9, which publishes the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of March 8, 2022, by which extends the temporary protection granted under Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382 of March 4, 2022 to people affected by the conflict in Ukraine who can find refuge in Spain.

Application form

Application procedure: Interested persons who have access codes to the Electronic Headquarters of the University of Granada or with a valid Digital Certificate, they must submit their request through Electronic Officeaccompanied by the application form, as well as the following documentation:

• Identity document or passport proving Ukrainian nationality, or residence card failing that.

• Documentation proving that you have or have had a connection with a higher education institution in Ukraine.

Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route by virtue of articles 84.1 of the Statutes of the University, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of July 12 (BOJA no. 147, of July 28, 2011) and of the article 38.4 of Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, of the University System, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed with the Rector, within a period of one month, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the B.O.UGRin accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Granadawithin a period of two months from the day following the date of publication, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of July 14 ).
