Saudi Arabia arrived tonight (Wednesday) in a good position to advance to the next stage, after the extraordinary victory over Argentina that brought them 3 valuable points. Although the Saudis tried their best to win, Mexico managed to beat them. What’s more, the hope that Argentina would beat Poland by a lot of goals – did come true.
The Mexicans, on the other hand, started in a difficult situation, but not fatal, and won even though they had only one point.
