State Police are rescued in Cuautitlan Izcalli when left caught up in the middle of a flood; they get on the unit.
The above happened this afternoon Thursday, July 18 in it Mexiquense Outer Circuitat the height of the kilometer 2in the Valley of the Flowers colonyin the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, in the Mexico state.
The rains were present in this municipality of the State of Mexico, causing various effects, such as flooding on several roads, including part of the Mexiquense Circuit.

The water level rose to such a point that a patrol of the State of Mexico Security Secretariat (SSEM) was almost submerged and two uniformed officers were inside.
A video was circulated on social media in which the unit can be seen almost underwater.
The person who recorded the video spoke to the officers, telling them to get on the roof of the unit and that the firefighters were already on their way.
“Get in the car… How many are there? Are there more? The firefighters are coming,” the man said from a distance, while the police officers climbed into the patrol car.
Elements of the Municipal Coordination of Civil Protection and Izcalli Firefighters arrived at the site to rescue the state agents.

The Cuautitlán Izcalli regulating tank overflows
Due to the intense rainfall recorded in the municipality of Mexico, the overflow of the Regulating tank located in the Valle de Las Flores neighborhood.
Workers are working at the site to reduce the water level, as the regulating tank is completely full.
The only reported incident was the state patrol car stuck at kilometer 2 of the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, near the Valle de Las Flores neighborhood. Cuautitlán Izcalli.
