STORY: Touching moment in the middle of the war. Ukrainian soldiers inspecting houses in an abandoned village near the capital Kyiv were surprised to find an abandoned dog. The sound of a child’s toy had drawn him in. And then it was probably friendship at first sight. Without further ado, a leash was made and off we went. Documents in the destroyed apartment indicated that the dog was probably called Bavaria. Hopes are high that we can return it to its owners as soon as possible. Preferably in times of peace, of course.
