Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that a counter-offensive against Russian forces was underway on his territory, however declining to give details of a long-planned operation. Zelensky was questioned about comments by his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, who had assured journalists the day before that the great Ukrainian counter-offensive expected for months had “begun”.
