The subject proceeds to take at least six cats to throw them into the median strip of the road.
The incident went viral on social media to the point that users began trying to identify those responsible for the events.
The incident occurred yesterday Wednesday, July 17 at 6:00 p.m. and the vehicle in question is a brand pickup truck Nissan.
Other Internet users expressed their rejection of the animal abuse on display and requested the intervention of the Mexican and municipal authorities:

According to the Code of the State of Mexico, strict measures are established against different types of animal abuse.
In this case, the person responsible – who has not yet been identified – could face a sentence of six to two years in prison plus a fine of 50 to 150 days of minimum wage, if the crime of intentional injuries is proven in just one case.
In the case of dead animals, the prison sentence ranges from three to six years in prison, for each case. If the offender is a public official, the sentence increases to nine years.
