The platform adapted one of the most classic novels by the late Colombian writer, and it was confirmed that this year it can be seen streaming.

After months of waiting, Netflix finally released the official trailer for One Hundred Years of Solitude, a series that will be based on the iconic book by the famous writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

In this first preview you can see important moments that occur throughout the novel. However, it is emphasized at the beginning of the work, since it is shown Aureliano Babilonia deciphering the diary Melquiades.

The novel, which was published in 1967, is considered a masterpiece of Latin American literatureand had more than 50 million copies sold and translations into more than 40 languages.

Due to its undisputed success, the streaming platform decided to create a production that will feature 16 episodes where the iconic writing will go to the small screen.
