For alleged floor fee, convicts beat of a reo in a prison in Puebla.
A video was spread through social media in which a beating by convicts to an inmate can be seen inside the facilities of the San Miguel prison located in the state of Puebla.
The images show two defendants beating and subduing a prisoner in a cell. Later, another subject joins in to participate in the beating.
The victim begged to be left alone, but the inmates continued to kick and punch him with their fists.

The reason for the beating was due to an alleged floor fee collection 200 pesos that the prisoner could not cover.
The images went viral on social media and the SPuebla Public Security Secretariat (SSP) issued a statement on its social media to give details of the clip.

In the first instance he indicated that the Undersecretariat of Penitentiary Centers made a formal complaint to the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Puebla (FGE) for the events reported.
