A shooting incident occurred at an election rally for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in Pennsylvania while he was giving a speech.

Multiple gunshots were heard at the rally, and video footage showed Secret Service and police escorting Trump to a car as he raised his fist in the air.

The footage showed blood on Trump’s ear and snipers on a roof near the platform he was standing on.

Users circulated the video clip on the X platform, and Trump was seen in another clip bleeding from his ear surrounded by Secret Service members and walking with them, raising his hand clenched in a sign of victory.

CNN reported that Trump was injured in the shooting, and Trump said after the shooting incident, “I am fine and undergoing medical tests.”

Later, CBS quoted a senior US official as saying that Trump was fine, that security precautions had been taken, and that an investigation was underway.

The White House said President Joe Biden had been briefed on the shooting of Trump.
