A crazy man smashed the windows and lights of a police car parked on a downtown street in broad daylight, Annoying video uploaded to Twitter they show up.

The suspect — identified by police as Ochoko Goodwin, 23 — used a metal pipe to strike the lights of a traffic patrol tower parked on Broadway near West 36th Street at about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, according to police and videos.

As the frenzy spreads, the footage shows pedestrians on the sidewalk passing by, as well as a person on a motorbike, followed by another on a bike.

Officers said Goodwin was arrested on Broadway and West 35th shortly thereafter.

The officers said he was charged with criminal trespass, violation of government administration, car theft, criminal possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct.

Goodwin has previously been arrested on charges of grand theft, criminal corruption and graffiti, according to police sources.
