A video went viral on social media showing employees at Miami International Airport, in the United States, working together to steal belongings from various luggage while passengers were going through security.

Surveillance footage, released by the Florida State Attorney’s Office, appears to show agents unzipping suitcases and pocketing items belonging to travelers before sending them for X-ray.

Although the record has only now become public, the three employees — Labarrius Williams, 33, Josue Gonzalez, 20, and Elizabeth Fuster, 22 — were arrested in July.

However, charges against Elizabeth Fuster are believed to have been dropped and she has been released, according to CBS.

In a section of the video, which lasts 20 minutes, one of the agents opens a small pocket on the front of a bag on the conveyor belt. He takes out a wallet and continues with it until the bag goes through the X-ray, when he puts his hands in his pocket.

According to an arrest report, the federal security director at Miami International Airport contacted Miami-Dade Police about robberies in progress at the security checkpoint in Concourse E.

“I think they have a lot of courage because they don’t realize they’re on camera,” passenger David Caban told CBS News. “These are very monitored places. What are they thinking?”

In a statement about the airport theft, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) said: “The Transportation Security Administration requires its Transportation Security Officers to follow the highest professional and ethical standards and not tolerates misconduct in the workplace,” the statement read. “Any employee who fails to meet our fundamental ethical standards will be held accountable.”
