A man was the victim of a fleeting robbery in the heart of Bernal while he was having coffee with a friend at a bar. In a matter of seconds, a criminal approached, pointed a gun at him and took his backpack.
As can be seen in the images captured on the premises’ security cameras, Bruno, the victim, was shocked by the situation that lasted less than three seconds.

The incident occurred this Thursday at 11 in the morning. In dialogue with TN, Bruno said that at that moment it was difficult for him to understand what was happening: “That’s why my position of total disbelief.” “We were just talking about insecurity and we said, paradoxically, that at that moment we felt safe,” he added.
“It leaves me paralyzed that he talks to me about a purse and money. There was only my backpack with little money, I had the computer, nothing else. And also, that he points the gun at me and shoots me in the head, you can hear in the video,” he said, dismayed.
“It is difficult to contextualize what it is, you are in the center of Bernal having a coffee and next to it there was a family. We were calm and this situation ends up happening,” he added, surprised.

Bruno told TN that he emigrated to the United States 5 years ago, precisely motivated by the insecurity that existed in Argentina. On this occasion, he returned with his partner to visit his loved ones to tell them that he is going to be a father: “It’s a shame that a week after we returned, the family is almost shrinking.”
Regarding the theft, the young man said that inside the backpack he had his computer, his sunglasses with magnification and all his documentation, both Argentine and American.
