Máximo Thomsen’s new defensive strategy, one of the five sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa in Villa Gesell, began to be revealed by his new lawyer, Francisco Oneto, who announced what two of the central points that based the sentence will be and that he will seek to have them reviewed.
In an interview with LN+, who was a candidate for vice-governor of the province of Buenos Aires for La Libertad Avanza, in the formula led by Carolina Píparo last year, He stressed that Thomsen was not listened to and that his defense principles were violated.
