This morning, members of the Carabineros and the PDI began a mega operation in La Pintana following the acts of violence that have occurred in the commune in recent weeks.

The mega operation in La Pintana involves members of the OS7, the GOPE, Public Order Control and the Criminalistics Laboratory (Labocar) of Carabineros, while the civil police contribute with detectives from the Southern Homicide Brigade and the Tactical Reaction Brigade (ERTA).
According to the first information provided at the scene, the raid of about twenty residences initially allowed the capture of several subjects, in addition to the Seizure of some weapons, ammunition and drugs.
