However, with the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, in addition to the benefits through learning and entertainment, children face many risks, considering the possibility of being abused through a network environment.

According to the assessment of the specialist of the Child Protection Program of UNICEF In Vietnam, Nguyen Ngoc Anh, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, families and children are more dependent on the Internet, which leads to a greater negative impact on minors.
