Actor Vijay Antony is a leading music composer turned popular actor. The movie ‘Pichaikaran’ released in the year 2016 directed by Sasi was a huge success in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. It was also remade in Odia, Marathi and Kannada languages.
Currently the second part of this film is being made under the direction of Vijay Antony. Pichaikaran-2 is a bilingual film in Tamil and Telugu and is titled as Picchagadu-2 in Telugu. This film is produced by Vijay Antony’s own company, Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
It has been officially announced that the film will release in the summer of 2023. It has also been officially announced that the popular Star Network has acquired the satellite TV broadcasting license & digital ODT broadcasting license of this film.

In this case, Vijay Antony has tweeted about his health. It reads, “Dear hearts
I am 90% cured.
My broken jaw and nose bones have joined together.
I don’t know what, I feel more happiness with you now than before
I will start the work of Pichaikaran 2 which will be released in April ????Thank you for the love,” Vijay Antony posted.
