ThActor Vijay has donated one crore rupees for the construction of the office of Nadikar Sangam, an association of Mir film stars. Actor and General Secretary of Nadikar Sangam Vishal informed about this. In a note posted on X, Vishal thanked Vijay.
Vishal said thank you is just two words. But he did it in his own heart. We are talking about our beloved actor and brother Vijay. He has donated one crore rupees for the construction of Nadikar Sangam building. Everyone knew that building would be incomplete without your support and participation. Vishal wrote that now you have fueled us brother to make it happen as soon as possible.
Earlier, Kamal Haasan had also donated one crore rupees for the construction of the building. In 2017, Nadikar Sangam started building the office, but faced many setbacks. Now the leading stars of Tamil cinema have come forward to help in the construction of the building.
Nadikar Sangam or South Indian Artistes Association is a union film body formed for actors in the Tamil film industry. They have been trying to construct an office building for the past decade. The current office-bearers of the association took office with the promise of building the building.
