Kerala all out for 175 against Services in the Vijay Hazare Trophy quarter finals. Services won the toss and elected to field. Opener Rohan Kunnummal was the only Kerala batsman to score 85 runs. Services that bowled in the tight lines also got the result. Mohammad Azharuddin (7) was dismissed in the seventh over for just 24 runs. Jalaj Saxena, ranked No. 3, won the Golden Duck. Rohan and Vinoop saved Kerala for the third wicket as they collapsed to 24 for two. The duo put on 81 runs for the second wicket. Meanwhile, Rohan completed his fifty off 77 balls. After Fifty, the player quickly began to raise the score. With Vinoop shifting gears, Kerala is back on track. However, Vinoop’s dismissal in the 25th over was a major setback for Kerala.

Tendulkar teamed up with Rohan for the fourth wicket to try for a partnership but the batsman returned with just 12 runs. With this the collapse of Kerala began. Sanju (2) was disappointed again. Then, with Rohan’s unfortunate run out, Kerala was ten. Vishnu Vinod (4), Unnikrishnan Manukrishnan (4), Sijomon Joseph (9) and Nitheesh MD (0) returned quickly. With this, Kerala’s semi entry is in doubt. With the winning target being just 176 runs, it is expected that Services will follow suit.
