It has been officially announced that Vijay starrer ‘Varisu’ has collected more than Rs.250 crores in 11 days worldwide.
Directed by Vamsi, Vijay’s film ‘Varisu’ was released in theaters on January 11 on the occasion of Pongal festival. Thaman composed the music for the film, which revolves around problems in family relationships and professional competition. The movie is produced by Dilraju. Rashmika Mandhana, Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Yogi Babu, Shyam and many others have acted.
It was reported that the film collected Rs 19.43 crore on the first day. It was officially announced that the film has collected Rs. 210 crores in 7 days worldwide. Although not well received critically, it seems to be doing fairly well at the box office. In this case, at the end of 11 days, the production company of the film has officially announced that the film has collected more than Rs.250 crore worldwide.
