Kamal Haasan also lauded Lokesh Kanakaraj’s directorial prowess. The film also stars Narain, Kalidas Jayaram and Chemban Vinod. Darshan, who got attention through Bigg Boss, also plays the lead role in the film. The trailer and audio launch of the film will take place on May 15. Earlier, it was reported that Kamal Haasan will turn 30 in the flashback scenes in the film.

It was announced yesterday that Shibu Thamins has secured the distribution rights for the film in Kerala. The makers of the film announced the news on Twitter. Shibu Thamins’ Thamins Films also won the distribution rights in Kerala for the cosmic film RRR. The film is being produced by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran under the banner of Raj Kamal Films International. Ratnakumar has co-written the dialogues with director Lokesh. The photographer is Gireesh Gangadharan. The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichandran.
