Violation complaint against Rahul: Lok Sabha committee summons BJP MP

Congress MP BJP MP asked to appear in person and give an explanation regarding the complaint of violation of rights against Rahul Gandhi. Nishikant Dubey has been summoned by the Lok Sabha Special Rights Committee.

The budget session of Parliament began on January 31 with the President’s speech. Opposition parties, including the Congress, stalled the budget session demanding a discussion on the fraud allegations leveled against the Adani Group by the US-based Hindenburg Research Institute.

During the debate on the resolution of vote of thanks to the President, Rahul Gandhi spoke about the Adani Group issue. At that time, he said that he was in touch with Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Also, he brought the picture of the two meeting to the Lok Sabha and showed it.

After that, BJP MPs Nishikant Dube and Prakalat Joshi gave a copyright infringement notice to Rahul Gandhi. The Lok Sabha Special Rights Committee is investigating the matter. The group had sent a notice to Rahul Gandhi last month asking him to explain the matter. Rahul Gandhi explained it on February 15.

In this case, the BJP MP has been asked to appear in person on the 10th to explain about the infringement notice. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, Chairman of Lok Sabha Special Rights Committee Sushil Singh has called.
