Meanwhile, the “Self-Administration” demanded, through a statement published on its official website, both America and Russia, which deploy their armies in their areas of influence; According to military agreements to reduce escalation, “by submitting Turkish crimes to the Security Council and taking decisions against the violating party, due to Turkey’s failure to adhere to the ceasefire resolution issued by the Security Council regarding Syria and obstructing the implementation of Resolution (2254).”
