Viral Video: It looks like a scene from a Hollywood action movie. However, this is not an action scene from a movie or a survival thriller. This is footage of a car driver narrowly escaping a terrifying landslide in Sichuan, southern China.
This horrible incident took place on 5th of July. Due to the large landslide, rocks, soil and dust fell on the road. A mountain near the highway can be seen collapsing. The car driver has no choice but to escape as fast as possible.

Fortunately, the car had left the tunnel. Smoke can be seen filling the air and debris from landslides can be seen falling on the road. The debris of the landslide fell just behind the car. Along with the car moving, it can be seen in the footage that dirt and rocks are coming after it. This is a very scary scene.
The video was shared on a Twitter account called Now This. The video is captioned saying it looks like it’s straight out of an action movie. A driver narrowly escapes a landslide in Sichuan, China.

Local media reports that no casualties have been reported in the landslide. According to reports, the Wechuan-Merkang highway was temporarily closed due to the landslide. Reports indicate that the weather has been bad in China for the past few days.
