Bennett leaves behind a remarkable legacy, posting a record of 364 wins and 136 losses at Virginia. Under his leadership, the Cavaliers captured the 2019 NCAA Championship, secured two ACC Tournament titles, clinched six ACC regular-season championships, and made ten NCAA tournament appearances. He was recognized as the ACC Coach of the Year four times, in 2014, 2015, 2018, and 2019.
